Taking a look at enhancing mind power is possible, because
humans actually have the ability to improve their
subconscious to a point not usually conceived of by most.
There are certainly ways and means for going about doing so,
and if they're taken advantage of, it just might be that any
person could increase the ability of his or her mind to
reach out to areas of the mind and the universe that haven't
been thought possible.
For a fact, humans seems to have been born with a number of
extra-sensory mental abilities, though almost all are locked
firmly behind a wall or set of mental barriers. When they
finally are, people have reported that they're able to "see"
things in ways that most couldn't conceive of prior to
unlocking those powers. They're outside the realm of normal
human experience, either in the present or at any time in
the past, so keep that in mind.
Commonly known as ESP, or extra-sensory perception, it's
been explored by scientists in a vast array of fields, many
of whom have spent a lifetime doing so. They've found that
humans generally use only around 10% of brain capacity. It's
well-known that a human could access that remaining 90% if
only he or she would take some time to learn the techniques
for doing so, generally speaking.
ESP and other powers collectively referred to as "psychic
ability" have been known to people from time immemorial,
though it's a fair bet that most weren't aware of these
powers and the sheer numbers of them that truly exist. And
waiting on natural evolution, which will probably finally
unlock all these powers in a hundred-thousand years or so,
really isn't an option in terms of harnessing them right
now.
Fortunately, a number of techniques have been developed over
the years that have shown some success at helping a human
mind unlock all those super-senses and higher orders of
mental acuity and power. It'll take a bit of effort on one's
part to do so, but the effort can be worth it for those who
are consistent in their work. Making use of a library of
techniques and knowledge on the subject will take
determination and desire, first of all.
Most people, though, will have difficult in accessing these
higher powers at first because they'll have to overcome
years of habit built up in the mind. This starts from the
time a person is first born and a fair bit of deprogramming
will first need to occur before any progress can be made.
Basically, the subconscious will need to be reprogrammed
after deprogramming, which removes many barriers, has been
completed.
Several commonly-known and appreciated techniques now exist
that can help a person open up areas of the mind where many
of these powers exist. They include exercises aimed at
relaxing the physical and mental senses of a person, and
will also include work on such things as binaural beats.
These beats can help a brain realign its brainwave activity
to the point where it's far more efficient at accessing
extra-sensory and psychic abilities.
In the end, the ability to unlock mind power depends on the
desire one has to do so. Understand that years of
subconscious programming seems to be the culprit that
prevents humans from making use of the higher orders of
perception and senses locked within their brains. Using
certain techniques to not only develop but improve those
powers can be done, both effectively and fairly speedily.
